Andrew Kafkaris
Co-Founder
Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in commercial and residential capital markets and operations. In his previous leadership role he was founder of a luxury residential operating business, growing it from start-up to a £3.5bn AUM operating platform serving blue-chip clients across prime Central London, which he sold in 2021. Andrew’s focus at GWRE is on partnerships and operational excellence to elevate customer experience and investor returns. He operates mainly between London and Oxford.
David Moore
Co-Founder
David has 20 years of experience in the property advisory and development industry including at national consultancy BNP Paribas Real Estate and FTSE Listed Property Company St Modwen Properties Plc. With a strong commercial acumen, broad knowledge across asset classes and experience across the development lifecycle, David’s focus is on sourcing and managing the delivery of GWRE projects. He has deep-rooted knowledge of the Bristol and South West markets.
